• Prices displayed do not include international customs duties or local VAT for orders outside of Bahrain.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. FIO is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders & Payments
• All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or payment verification issues.
• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Shipping & Customs
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier service and destination.
• FIO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
• For international orders (GCC & global), customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees required by their country.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
• All returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and ear cuffs are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the packaging has been opened.
• FIO reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy conditions.
