Return & Exchange Policy



At FIO, we take pride in crafting jewelry that reflects our identity and values.

Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality standards.




 

Returns


Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order only in the following cases:

  • A manufacturing defect
  • Receiving an item different from the one ordered



To be eligible, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.

 

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

 

  • If the item has been worn or used
  • If the item has been exposed to perfume, water, humidity, or chemicals
  • If the item is scratched, damaged, or altered
  • If the original packaging is missing or not in its original condition



For hygiene reasons, earrings and ear cuffs are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


 


Exchanges

 

Exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery for the same item for size adjustment only, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • It is returned with all original packaging in perfect condition
  • The requested size is available in stock




If the requested size is not available:

  • The item may be exchanged for another piece of equal or higher value, with the price difference paid by the customer.



 

 


Refunds

 

If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.




 

 

Shipping Fees

 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for both return and re-shipping costs




 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

Each case will be reviewed, and an exchange will be arranged if applicable.
