Our products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

• Discoloration resulting from exposure to perfume, water, or chemicals

• Scratches, breakage, or any physical damage after use

FIO reserves the right to inspect and determine whether the item qualifies under this warranty.

Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of your item:

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals

• Store in a dry place away from humidity

• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use
