Order Processing Time
All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery within Bahrain
• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
Shipping to GCC Countries
• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days, depending on the destination country
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location

FIO is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address Changes
Customers may request to update their shipping address before the order is shipped only.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, address changes will no longer be possible.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually.
